I don't know who this is and I don't remember how I found this picture, but I do know that I want to be her! That lean body, the fitted (not skintight!) jacket and denim; that charming, exotic scarf; the casually-slung bag. Anyone could wear this (and people do), but I've never been so drawn to this ensemble as it's shown here. It just goes to show that it's 10% clothes, 90% attitude.
